i wonder how much the drax will cost in today's market. i dont think he's as highly rated as he was when we were first linked to him. last time it was rumoured to be 40mil. he has talent but i dont think he'll reach that price. a 23mil price tag might be suitable for drax. and since wenger has such a fetish for playing #10s on the left, the drax is actually a #10 perfectly capable of playing on the left.

there must be a balance. there's the wenger out brigade, and then there's the in wenger i trust brigade. i've been on both sides, now i praise and shit on players when they deserve it. ozil's been on my shit list for a few weeks, yes form is temporary class is permanent, wait and he'll bounce back stronger than ever blablabla, well you just dont wait for that class to come back you have to work for it, and i dont see him improving game to game at all. although wenger also has to take the bulk of the blame here, you dont just transform a player like ozil to what he is today, something must be wrong in the management.

most common sentiment i see is that wenger's now building the team around jack wilshere, and you can see he's been on excellent form these past few weeks. and ozil is too big a name to be dropped in order to accommodate both wilshere and ramsey in the center, so he gets shoved on the flanks. his refusal to drop ozil and play santi/AOC there weirds me out. yeah maybe santi is in bad form too, and AOC rarely plays good when he starts, but god damn that is why they were dropped, ozil is on a bad patch of form and never gets dropped.

last game though finally we see ozil get subbed out, maybe it's a sign that wenger's had enough. or not i dont know. interesting to see how ozil plays today, i dont think he'll be dropped.
