my fps drop when there is alot of other players, from ~180fps can even drop to 25fps..the odd thing is, with alot of monster, no sudden fps drop..

low FPS yes only during very taxing skill fx like when boss shooting bunch of small bullets or eight direction green aoe from that one-eyed-green-octopus-like-bosses... other than that the FPS is good.
