your built should be only focusing on
1. PvE (high aoe dps)
2. PvP (required con/dex/movement speed)
3. Worldboss hunt built (high single target dps)
4. GvG (5v5 or guild war, depends on your roles)

try to research more before you decide your path,
sometimes people share their build, is just for your reference, doesn't mean you need to fully follow it.
you might able to crack the game after you play from lv1 >> lv280 + understand all the class skill/functionality
you will have the brief idea what type of built is the best.
if you keep re-rolling (example you hit lv200 and foudn your built is shit and need re-roll)
What if your 2nd built gave you another problem at lv240/270?

The current problem for swordie is dmg scaling. While other class get % dmg scaling, swordie get fixed one. If you roll fencer, you probably need to suffer the cost of repairing even more because rapier durability is very low. You even need to have few extra rapier / dagger if you want to tackle earth tower without squire repair. I realized this after looking at monster hp vs current pitiful dmg swordie done.

Or a-r2-q3-cannon/musk for easier lvling.

Depend. If u need more aoe, go with cannon, if pvp musket.

the r2 probably can be low tier barrage aoe and let the musket do the pvp and boss killer. Q3 is good all around to finish what barrage unable to finish. Falconer usually more valuable at party.
You only need alot of mana pot for that build. Alot. The current meta DD. 

The musketeer pvp build, for ohko viability in pvp. Alot of discussion about what is the good build for it, but well, its kinda subjective anyway.

up to your own preference i guess. i dont have much knowledge on archers but from what i see fletcher c3 is the most common build

ya this is another alternative for qs3 but more toward solo targets. scout for invi in pve , 1shot ppl in pvp.
The pain part is in dungeons when we really lack aoes hence some take falconer. I remember my qs doing so sad in 115 and 130 dungeons because of server ping and lacks of aoe

But since u mention u got support cleric friend with you, its very ok to go this build

the ping is not stable, sometimes i get range of 30-100 inside so i can assume is below 100ms..but some spike up to 300 awhile

TM unifi seriously sux . Even my Yes 4G wireless broadband can achive 70~130ms . While playing at CC ,the ping jumped to 250ms ~300ms.

Wan to ask,how many Talts can 1 Dilgele get?
