Solutions to known Issues :

    If you are stuck in the map and can’t move to another area, please use Klaipeda Warp Scroll.

    If you can’t restart the game after you close the client, end the Steam process in Task Manager or reboot your PC.

Known Issues :

    Some quest, item and etc scripts may not show properly.

    Some error message may not show properly, when you entering in the server. It is a biggest bug at this point, and we're trying best effort to figure out it ASAP.

    Some skill descriptions may not show properly. It exists in kCBT as well.

    When another party member completes quests related to the party quest first, quest notice disappears.

mine around 0.27-0.4 time broadband 50mbps. even with vpn from los angeles 170ms wont help by much.

Hello. We are IMCGAMES TOS Team.

Recently, some arguments and conflicts between the testers from different countries or regions came to our attention.

As you already know, our testers are from all over the world and no matter what your nationalities are, we really hope all of you to get along with each other well without any arguments or conflicts. (However, it seems that some of you are not getting along with each other well.) We recommend you to think of this CBT as your opportunity to get to know people from the other countries in the world.

We have noticed that a large proportion of our fans are from Latin America so we’ve decided to open a separate Latin American server for our Latin American fans.

The server will be opened within today, and the operation period of this server will be extended for seven more days compared to the other servers since it was opened later than the other servers.

If you are a Latin American tester, we recommend you to play at the Latin American Server.

We are trying to secure more keys for the new server so we will make an announcement on this when we are ready.

1. Are you going to transfer our accounts over to the new server?
No. Sorry. It is hard for us to transfer your accounts over to the new server at the moment. We seek for your kind understanding on this.

2. I am a Brazilian and I just want to stay at the server I used to play. Can I?
Of course you can. You can still play at the previous server.

3. Can I use Megaphones to chat to all in other languages besides English at the previous servers?
We recommend you to use English if possible.

4. I am a Chilean and can I use Chilean in the Latin American Server?
Yes. You can.

5. Where is the new server located?
For the current CBT, the location of the server is the same as with the other servers, but we will move it to a better location where we would secure better Pings for our fans.

6. Can you also open separate servers for the fans from SEA and EU regions?
We don’t have plans to open them at the moment, but when more fans from these regions join us in the future, we will consider opening separate servers for the fans from those territories.
