I would think so since the beta key distribution from the official source has stopped for a week now. Your only chance is to get it from people who are hording it in forums or something, but even so, I doubt you're going to get anything.

I dunno about you but I have no problems with the cool down time. It's the MP requirement that really makes it difficult. I play an archer, now level 63 or 64 or something. Can't remember.

Anyway I have a lot of skills to spam and even some no cool down skills that are pretty powerful but I can only use it only a handful of times before I run out of MP. I have like 720 something MP and the no cool down skills need around 20 to 27.

Before I can wipe out a mob I'm already dry and potions are too frickin' expensive. It's even worse during boss fights.
