this is how my fren did when she go stay in oz.
register a malaysia prepaid mobile no with the bank. every month reload rm5 just to make sure the sim card active. then use this sim card to receive TAC, receive TAC is free in oz, should be the same to other countries. |

digi prepaid got that 365days keep number active service. rm35 per year. i think that's easier than have to topup every month.

tac will not be sent to overseas number.
like what the rest said, get a malaysian pre-paid, make sure roaming is activated and keep it alive every month. add your usual transaction to favourites is another option, so tac is not required |

cimb can use oversea number for tac retrieval. maybank should have the same also.
try call their call center first and ask. |
