realise that life was never meant to be fair and yes i've seen people who can talk cock more than perform gets further than they are supposed to but my believe is so what ? this world is unfair yet can be fair at times, you give up something in order to get something which is true ALL the time, sometimes what you giveup is insignificant thats why you think its free but nothing is freethey do make sacrifices but you cannot see it
and yes some company are really run by people who prefer cronyism than strive for excellence
