The toxin gem DoT can be properly applied by pet attacks.. Sentries too I assume? From 2.1.1 patch notes..

I rather they give choices to gamble shard based on previous mechanics (for those need mats) and a new option to say spend 500bs for a confirmed leg. At least these are choices to make the 2 different camps happy.
