to be honest. n6 is about how constant u can proc rov over how big the amount of crit u can make. the higher the best definitely but need to make it under 2 shot es - 1 rov. if i can make 3 rov at 5b, your 2 rov at 6-7b, which is higher. if u get what i mean just example. my chd is below 600. there slot in ring which need to goes to cdr.

Cyborg your two ring is it rolled to cdr? something like 8% + 8%? or prefer 1 of the ring is having cdr is better? suggestion which will be better?

yeah im using gogok, left the 2 ring only dont have cooldown stat, others all maxed out cdr. i think will try use any other 2 lapsap ring for sample roll it to 8% cdr each and test hows the ROV spam interval i can blast. if satisfy then only i roll my focus and restraint into 8% cdr cause currently very nice roll already 50% crit damage dont wanna ruin it & regret
