there is nothing confusing here as i explain many time.
if u can do 2 evasive - 1 rov = then it comfirm damage more then your ring with cc chd.

example: if i can shot 3 time rov while u can do 2. 3 x 5b vs 2 x 6b. which is higher. u do the math. simple

u guy need to fine tune it, as i said if u cant achieve 2es1rov is better to stay under 3 n go for more dmg instead. is like m6 2.0 theory if u didnt hit the breakpoint. consider 2es-1rov is the ultimate bp. if u cant achieve it, is useless to add more cdr. u need to have 52-55% cdr to drop gogok.

1. use gogok if u cant achieve 2 shot ES - 1 rov

2. use zei if u can achieve 2 shot es-1 rov

3. use zei if u cant achieve 2 shot es-1 rov even when using gogok

* to achieve 2 shot - 1 rov. cdr need in each of the slot, shoulder , glove, rings, weapon, diamond on head.

and remember that strafe - rocket storm is always the fastest cooldown for rov compare to icy trail because of auto homing rocket. a comfirm hits.

taeguk and bane of trapped is a must. gogok n zei to switch around. dependin on your cooldown. if your gear are capable to hit 2es-1rov, then zei is a better option for better dmg and bonus stun enemy.

the 2 evasive - 1rov . is when u strafing + evasive = the cooldown of your rov. i explain in 2-3 es - 1rov term.

@abam waklu, i tak answer u because i didnt play the dead man legacy build in new season XD so cant give u a precise guide. don wan ajar masuk hutan mia. mau kasi terbaik. but judge from your ancient u link. i think the raven wing better la. just roll area dmg to anything u mau. good dmg. slot in rama kao tim.

D3 fun speed key run build

would like to share my key run build which i think the fun factor is more enjoyable then danetta set as the dmg is better. melt thru mobs n elite. key of these build is movement speed n more more more movement speed at the same time have some decent dmg to melt em all.



Skills:
strafe- rocket storm ( homing comfirm hit cooldown better rov)
preparation-focused mind ( more disc )
smoke screen - displacement (+100%ms )
companion- bat ( refill hatred )
rov-lightning (good area dmg and i on lightnin ele for the wol gem)

Passive: with hf ammy
Tactical advantage(+60%ms)
ctw
blood vengence(soup up back hatred n disc )
archery ( dmg+hatred regen )
Hot pursuit ( +20% ms )

GEMS:
wreath of lightning: dmg + 25% ms
hoarder: collect gold + 30% ms
bot

gear:
warzechian armguards : ( turbo boost 3.0bar )
the rest as usual n6 build. i m lazy to change gear. nat slayer+cala

basicaly just strafe n ss rov es all da way, if u on the right cycle u can strafe ss rov for quite a while, hatred finish can shoot es to refill. enjoy. the amount % of MS is no other class can compete. u be running like FLASH when u hit something XD i m so enjoyin these build been running a few day on key run with these. just to share with u guys
