sure better compare to standard insoles..


if ur current insoles worn out try this fleet gel insole...

if u really want upgrade protection that is diffrent story.. smile.gif

my shoes?? adoiii, i dont know la but it is yonex, bought it around rm100.

sure feels different...yonex better shoes(high end) sure have power cushion...

better only at insole aspect...

yonex high end + standard insole = protect ur feet

cheap yonex + standard insole = less protect ur feet

cheap indoor shoes + special insole = protect ur feet... smile.gif

First two round of hitting hard with a stiff shaft arcsaber11 racket... suffer to max.... arm hurting so bad....wakakak.... shite.... any sifu can advise to overcome this problem? Altho still in learning curve...
(Previous using a medium stiff shaft type racket)

medium stiff shaft type...how higher u string this??

turn to stiff shaft u can try lower u string 2-3lbs...

i dont have this right answer...there are not right and wrong...u need to try and error to find which is ideal for u..

for my racket that i use flexible is apacs lethal 9...for control sure need 27-29lbs...

Medium shaft i.use 24 to 26 lbs
Stiff shaft i still using 24lbs... yeah i think.seriously need to look at the technique i play then lol

ur arm hurt for two round play....question is???

1/two round= 1 or 2 set 21point??

2/after 2 round,u use medium shaft??so stilll hurt??

No matter how strong you are, whether you play 1 round or 2 round ... if swing technique is wrong, sure will have shoulder pain lor... What's the use of getting stronger but basic technique still wrong?

2 round = 2 day(non consecutive gap of a day). Medium flex have no problem at all... cuz use it quite.... sometime XD ... anyway thx guys for the advice surely will look into what went.wrong on the technique and posture too...
