Hi all sifu.

any recommendation for badminton racket and shoes for beginner?

Budget for racket: RM100
Budget for shoes: RM100

Thanks smile.gif

Beginner very water will easy miss hit and snap string one, so better buy 2 rackets as one for backup, can go for Fleet or Apacs, those package RM199 with 2 racket and bag one; shoes RM100 also ok if you are not in big weight and not play very aggressive.

My fren say beginner should buy flex racket, not stiff one. else later wrist very uncomfortable.

How to know the racket is stiff or flex?

Hmmm AJ. Be very careful with that place. Make sure you know your prices very well before going in because they'll quote you with a high price. Just offer your price if you're confident with your price.

I personally trust Elin more. Fixed price. There used to be 3 shops in that row, with AJ being at the most right. The one at the most left also has fixed price. I personally like that shop a lot. Too bad they closed down.

Yup, thats true. But I usually walk in knowing what I want, and with their fixed price, I don't really have any questions to ask them. smile.gif

I plan to buy Yonex racquet but i get to know there are non-ori Yonex selling in the market. The price diff is big. I was told the material used are the same. Anyone experience and tested ori and on-ori Yonex racquet before?
