I need to ask a newbie question. If the badminton racket have max string tension of 22lb, and I accidentally put it to 24lb string.

What should I do now? I am newbie. I tu 24kb because stringer people said it is standard to put 24lb, little did I,know that newbie should have lower tension.

Please advise...

are you sure 22lbs?? what racket are you using?? even my 10years old racket can strung 25lbs

anyway, i think it is still ok la.. not that much difference in tension

I guess your racket is Yonex. 22lbs is just a recommendation. The stringer did told me like Arc Z Slash max tension is 24lbs for 3u and 25lbs for 2u, player did strung up to 31lbs for more than 5 times. So relax and enjoy.
