stiff ring and rigid collar, imho i think i won't be installing them. The feel is just nice right now and i have strong doubts on improvement via those items. Furthermore compared to the tolerance/free play level against my Iswara (which i have installed) i doubt a more modern car would yield significant differences (if any) as my iswara did.

all the pads got appropriate shims and i guess nestum and workers did a good job on lubricating everything properly with the supplied copper grease?

the only thing i experience is that metal screeching noise even when the brakes aren't cold anymore lol
not sure if it's still due to the bed in coating, or that's just yellow stuff.

hmm i think supposedly there's a way for "no lag" however i don't think it can be done by conventional means as almost all modern manufacturers tend to implement some sort of "lag" for safety reasons especially on regular passenger cars. (wouldn't want super fast response so you can run through your house gate by accident right? )

i mean, in theory electronic signals should travel faster than force of cable, not to mention the engine can also be tuned according to throttle position/rpm/engine load to provide responses that can even surpass throttle cable response with clever programming/mappings.

probably why there is seemingly "no lag" for renowned manufacturers, or performance variant cars or even full fledged sports cars.
not to mention modern cars/engines are so emphasized on torque, even if it lags a bit the torque will more than make up for it.

btw if you got obd2 devices, you can actually gauge your throttle input and from there you can tell there's almost no lag at all even when the bluetooth (to your device/phone) reporting does have some latency (lag) in it.
the throttle plate however doesn't open 100% according to your pedal position though and in fact even at 100% pedal input, the throttle also won't go 100%, at most i've observed is around ~90% lol
