I had blown my clutch pump twice, and the 2nd time the fork went patah. Ended up a gebox overhaul. It was an unfortunate yet lucky situation as I couldn't find 4G92 fork everywhere, where the 4G93 and 4G63 gebox no 1 willing to dismantle the fork for me or I'll have to buy the whole gebox that cost me a bomb. So, luckily I couldn't get the replacement fork, I had to die die go back weld the fork back. Unfortunately, the ever so smart me use a slipper to hold on to 1 side of the fork, the other side of the pitch mount were let sitting on top of a 10mm bolt to level them. After the welding I think you already can guessed the result, it's bengkok! As I plonk back the whole gebox, reinstall back the new set of clutch pump.

Surprisingly, after the incident, the clutch pedal became light. Engage position became slightly higher, but the clutch contact became very sensitive, more like an on/off switch! Getting lots of complaint from "home minister". But surprisingly the clutch pump never kacau anymore after the fork being bengkoked
