This morning try to start my car, then when push to START, car keep on "tak tak tak tak", battery kong? One year  plus only wor... Any battery recommendation and price wise?

After plug in toyota new battery got +20hp?

Our insurance cover SG, Thailand but SG cover on Malaysia is optional

They are kind in SG because LAW require they to do so 
If claim fail I will lost my NCB and the amount of NCB is enough for repaint...
So I don't know want to claim or repair at my own

Tried report at Singapore but they said can't as this happen in Malaysia.
SPF will take action if I got Malaysia Court order 
So I just inform Singapore LTA and they freeze this vehicle.

If Singapore car speeding in Malaysia we can sent the video to PDRM and they will issue summon to them

I can oni gibiu sum rough knowledge/advise on insurans, but the pulis decision and law side, jiu hab to go through the trouble bai urself jor.

The pulis is rite. Since that side no lipot, jiu can oni claim under Own Damage, which will cost you NCD. Need to assess your vehicle age, next 6 years value against NCD accumulation see whether the difference is worthwhile. If you're only 1st year 25%, la la lam go claim insurans liao. If 30%, see how much damage on the kar. If can be repair within RM500, I think still worth the claim(bear in mind marneh getting smaller bai the dei) After 4 years, the insurans premium u paid ady became minimum - or untung consider 3 years later you ady increased salary 2~3 times and inflation goes up by 20% on 6% compounding consecutive 3 years.

On the other hand, also consider this year when did jiu reniu insurans(rotax). If just reniu jor 1 or 2 months, and ur NCD is more than 30%, then hailut bcoz insurans komani will ask u top up the balance deducted NCD x 10 months / 365days. Added the next year pay full premium with 0 NCD, you rugi kaw kaw!

No not ALL insurans kober until SING. Howeber, own damage is kober as long 3rd pati got legit insurans(provided ur own insurans is komprehensib). In dis kes, unless PDRM gib trafuk saman to that SG kar, then he can tuntun KFK(knock for knock) where he go claim his own NCD dulu, then send the pulis lipot to insurans komani, the insurans komani to claim back from the SG kar insurans komani, and finally restore back NCD bagi itu abam.

Basiq insurans kober Maleisia, dat sit. If jiu r in Sbah Sawak, yes cheaper premium sumoar, but the kar kenot drib in  semenanjong.
