i've been charging my battery overnight, don't see any damage

I believe over-charge / charge overnight will not damage your battery/phone.

All my phones are charging overnight. My old phone, X8, 5 years old, the battery still manage to have 2-3 days for standby.

Everynight before i sleep, i will charge my phone even it has 80%.
If weekend, i am lazying and didn't go anywhere, i will leave the phone charging there almost 24 hours.

Its okay to over-charge Li-Ion batteries. There's a cutoff mechanism so even though you leave it charging overnight its cuts off after it fully charges the battery. its bad to discharge them but it can be done once a while.
