as raymondtong94 mentioned, the magnetic connector is the same across ZU, Z1, Z2 and Z3.

the difference in the magnetic dock however, is just the size of the slot. z3 magnetic dock will have a slot to fit z3 perfectly, not too loose and not too tight. likewise for z1 dock and z2 dock

haha...the QHD screen on G3 is nicer and higher resolution compared to the  triluminuous on z3

Some stats for the soul. Worth to note I shot some 50+ photos on it, as well as the occasional whatsapp, instagram, facebook and web surfing via both data and wifi where available, 13 phone calls, 3 hours 40 mins of Walkman played, 6 hours 10 mins of screen time with screen brightness set to auto, all within 50 hours 42 mins ~ just over 2 days.
