"since u didn't send the phone to service centre (I think he mean camp my phone there), so we don't have the condition of the phone and that why we couldn't give any decision "
then I said about the SC don't even have the spare part so ask me to take back the phone 1st bla bla
"so, in this case u must check with them"

add on: seriously, after fix the phone and all the gift are here.. I will try sell this phone. lol
even the process speed is awesome but I haven't try LTE, umobile no LTE.
