Yes it is,  surprisingly.  It's not that bad since it can outperform the OPO,  especially low light conditions. Don't believe all the reviews you read,  you have to use it personally side by side to compare.  Anyway OPO strong point isn't the camera, it may have good hardware but does not have the software to take advantage. Camera isn't all about megapixel,  even the new Moto G 8mp outperforms the new Moto G 13 which wasn't intended to be.
