ive already replied to u in the previous thread, try flashing M9's radio rom on ur phone.

i recommend the fastboot method.

download the radio rom from here:

try the M9 (08/05/14) radio rom 1st.

to flash the radio rom:
1. put ur device into fastboot mode. (power off. then press power button + volume up button at the same time)

2. extract the .bin file into the platform-tools folder (the one with the adb.exe and fastboot.exe) inside of the android-sdk-windows folder on your pc.

3. plug in ur device to the ur pc via usb cable.

4. shift right click in the platform-tools folder and select run command prompt from here.

5. in the command prompt. 1st type



make sure the command prompt gives u a feedback that ur device is connected.

if u can see ur device, then proceed:

6. type

replace the filename with the radio rom file that u've downloaded.

7. once finished. type
