Rest assured you can use the OnePlus One for a whole day for calls, messaging, surfing, gaming and so on, since the battery has been chosen specifically for endurance with a capacity of 3100 mAh. I would suggest power cycling your phone three times. Just follow these steps:
1. Let your OnePlus One completely run out of power, until it shuts down.
2. Plug in your OnePlus One to charge continuously, uninterrupted for at least 6 hours.
3. Repeat step 1 and step 2 for three consecutive charge cycles and your OnePlus One should reach 100% when fully charged.
One final suggestion, it might be best to do step 2 overnight to conveniently allow your phone to charge completely uninterrupted.
