Suiseiseki, a legendary character who is well-known for her "desu". Apparently, Tokyopop, an American manga publisher which also well-known for their great translation and editing for English readers has released Rozen Maiden manga with a major disturbance to the Desu Fans. Yes, Tokyopop replace the "desu" word with "yes".
 This angers many fans of Rozen Maiden itself either they really fond of Suiseiseki or not. It does change Suiseiseki's character. Kanaria's "-kashira" and Hina Ichigo's "-nano" are changed as well.  |
