1280 x 800, low shadow low texture. FPS sometimes drop to 20.

Lowyat today has an Intel road show showing off all the laptops using Intel chips. There is a demo booth for SP3, using i5 128GBs.
Anyway, I saw a guy getting his SP3 right there. His face registers a mix of relief and worry. fuad |

My Surface arrived with my vendor. . But my touch cover arriving next week. Should I wait? Went to Harvey Norman in ipc today, the service staff is so bad.. Doesn't even bother to service me. No pen for me to try saying no battery and surface pro is so badly set up... Who else received their purple type cover now?

Tried hearthstone with default graphic settings, 1920 medium. The fan kick in, can feel the heat, 100% batt down to 86% after a game.
Changed to 1280 low, doesn't feel the heat, battery from 84% down to 78% after a game. Attached thumbnail(s)

Usually I play games on a lower screen resolution, I mean even gaming laptops having trouble running 2k resolution display unless they tweak the settings. so... yeah.

pre ordered mine through thundermatch JB . hoping to get it a weeks time or latest 2 weeks.

Just woke my surface up, went into hibernate overnight I think, surface word appeared loading before into login screen. Last night 74% now 72%

Well.... actually it's better to don't let the battery cycle through discharges. So I usually just plug in it when I sleep.
