Specs wise might see a bit of difference, processor, display resolution and OIS camera.

Others remain the same like shape, spen, battery life, etc.

Recommend note 3. Much cheaper.

New processor - minimal difference in real world usage. Only looks good in benchmark.

Display - on small screen size, no difference btwn full HD and 2k display.

OIS - may reduce camera shake problem but overall picture quality is very much lacking. Shld use better lens, sensor and overall software.

Gotta try this to know. So far exynos one looks better than Snapdragon. As far as 3rd party dev support, I stop flash Samsung phone since they introduce Knox which is Note 3.

antutu 5.0 got issue with SD805. U can see the antutu changelog of V5.1 which they addressed the problem in  version 5.1:

V5.1
- New 32-bit/64-bit CPU test
- Reduce 3D test water effects to be more compatible with Snapdragon 805

I feel that V5.0 and V5.1 give different result also. v5.0 give higher result. maybe I'm wrong.

Taken from Hardwarezone. A real new benchmark from antutu 5.1, it seems not much that big different,  around 45k where exynos is 50k.

But... Base on change log where water effect reduce in 5.1 which means in general adreno 420 may not that powerful. Hmm...
