If the tested result from hitech and displaymate test is accurate, note 4 should be performed better than average under direct sunlight due to the high brightness (~600cd/m2) low screen Reflectance.

I think the photo taken from note 4 camera also appear more natural color compare with iphone 6+ pic which appear more saturated. But the note 4 photo taken with flash is slightly wash out vs iphone 6+
*
Camera part day light both great.

But in night time, no deny iPhone 6 plus much better as it can control greater in light source (example lamp) without light bleed. It is the best night photo I ever seen out from mobile camera!

Now make me even harder decide which to pick... ...

My mistake. I didn't mean the amoled display is wash out.
I refer to the photo taken by note 4 camera which is published by hi-tech website. Hi-tech site got publish several pic taken from note 4 camera and iPhone 6+ camera. Note 4 pic seem very good except the one taken with flash on (slightly wash out).
*
u mean picture becomes over-exposed when flash is on?
note 4 still not as good as iphone 6 or 6+ under low light conditions (with flash off)

Average Consumer sure Yay, but for enthusiasm people would lean toward Snapdragon.

Seriously I prefer exynos rather than snapdragon...

Exynos already octa-core + using cortex a53n a57 the latest one
Snapdragon 810 later will use that cortex..

so we can see that exynoss far far away now from snapdragon haha
correct me if I'm wrong nod.gif

Only if we can unlock, root, and flash other mod on top of Exynos, so why not?

In this case, I need to test out before decide. If not suite me then I go buy at Singapore.

But base on benchmark, Exynos 5433 is far better than S805.

I think some mistake on that, S805 is CAT6 while Exynos is CAT4.

There are reported 1.7 billion smartphone users in the world in 2014
How many % of them knows or interested in Modding n flashing stuffs?
Look at XDA - reported membership is 5.8 million. Even if you multiply this by 10X the number of users interested in such stuffs barely hit even 5%.
So the manufacturer is not really interested in whether SD or Exynos is good enough for us as we are deemed minority users

Sound like Samsung Malaysia or Samsung global sale strategic team is going to screw the Malaysia market if we are getting exynos instead of snapdragon. Also, we are going to get NOTE 4 only without EDGE. But Singapore is going to get both!

Let see how Samsung will die in Malaysia market as what i have forecast for their S5 after they launch it.

For once i would love to have exynos version.

A57 architecture? Why not. And 20nm manufacturing process, which should translated into cooler phone compared to 28nm snapdragon 805.

Unlike last year this time qualcomm seems a bit slow in their development.

Actually Thailand also is Exynos. India always is Exynos.

I thought they mention Exynos only at Korea itself but now seems is not!

Yes, seems Exynos is better in terms of spec, but I really need to test out first this time before direct buy.

If it is extreme smooth then I don't might. Higher scores in antutu never means is smooth. This already proved in MTK chipset use in Redmi Note.

Samsung won't die in Malaysia, because Samsung is going to launch its plan exclusive price and large quantity at Malaysia Government. They are given a special offer for purchasing Samsung Products. Just like they did on the Note 3 and Note 2.

I prefer the exynos 5433 also. it is a 64bit processor, 20nm soc, new armV8 SOC.
Android L is natively support in ART.
Just hope that, samsung will enable the AArch64 mode in android L.

According anandtech, exynos 5433 is running on AArch32 mode, 32bit compatible mode (due to kitkat??):
http://www.anandtech.com/show/8537/samsung...-a57a53-arm-soc

there is a poll in xda for snapdragon or exynos soc for note 4. Currently, exynos soc is slightly ahead of snapdragon
