which shop in kl has the widest variety of running vest?
visit a few adidas, reebok and nike boutique + Royal Sporting House. but it seems to me that these vendor only carry 1 or 2 design for the running vest, and some of it even running out of stock and odd sizes...
phoenix,
how you normally pinned your tag number onto your adidas ClimaLite running vest? it seems to me their fabric is very vulnerable to needle.
Try visiting
http://www.mycorezone.com/, this store at SS2 for running vest and adventure wear. Lots of varieties and brands you never heard before. But be prepared to spend as their stuff are mostly imported so you know the price lar. I bought a 2 bottle water belt for RM153 2 weeks ago.
I was actually asking this before the Larian Mesra Polis cause I myself also scratching my head. Everytime I pin my tag on to my vest, I got to do it with extra care. Those pins provided are kinda big so you have to find the correct spot to poke. My KLIM vest I poke until a thread came out. Damn "sakit hati". But right now, I learnt my lesson and so far so good with my other vest. One more advice is, after the run, faster remove the pin from the vest as those pins tend to rust quickly due to your sweat.

Your mum is very thoughtful indeed. I did thought of it when I noticed the pins actually rust, but I was too lazy to sew. Haha...
21KM. Think positive. I'm sure you can do it. When I braced myself for this year's 42KM at KLIM 2007, I was very worried too. Even my parents tried to pursue me to back out from it, but I didn't. It took me year to get ready and I kept telling myself that nothing can stop me from completing it. And so, I finally did it and am looking forward to 42KM Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon at year end.

My friends and fellow runners, so sorry if you find me a nag, like an old man or like a gym instructor trying to advice all of you. I just want all of you to know, that all of you can actually do it. I myself have a "story" behind me, and I came as far as today. So keep it up my friends.
