Rm360 is on per mth basis. A bit expensive cos the SA says cover

a) guards
b) CCTV
c) maintenance for the garden path and community centre

Agree with you palmwalker.

Am not defending TH. For landed strata, if there is no pool, Max they should charge is say rm200 to cover security and basic upkeep.


Phase 2 is strata title, meaning MPKj not responsible to maintain internal roads, garden trees, etc

RM300++ for no pool and no lifts is super profit for developer.

But after JMC is formed, can kick out TH already

Yes, phase 1 buyers have been mislead that it would be the only link homes for the entire TH project.

Since TH has officially launched phase 2 and with the limited info on phase 2, perhaps we can restart the petition for compensation for the lies told to us when we. Bought phase 1.

Very limited intermediate unit left from Phase 1.

However since no VP yet, will need Developer consent for sub sales.

You mean link / terrace houses. Double storey can be semi detached or bungalow houses.

Anyway, there is a brouche that says Parklane is last opportunity to own terrace house in TH. So don't think TH will pull another fast one so soon.

Preferred Tiles anytime. Not prone to expanding due to water, heat, moisture.

The judges also need and want to stay in guarded community.

Respek that guy, appeals all the way to Federal Court is not cheap, even if Malik Imitaz is doing pro bono work.

Court fees is easily more than 50K.

Isn't it cheaper just to pay the 200+, after all you can see the benefits.

Yes, phase 1 buyer sign another form saying acknowledge it will be a G&G project and to pay required fees.

Hi Sam Ko, I don't have what u want butuf you go to TH Website, there is a Site Plan for Fairfield which shows location of Guard House

I assume that the perimeter should be fenced.

Total units think its about 289 units.

If u click on the site plan, u can see all the units with the number.

Last number is 276 but if you add all the 3A, 13A etc. Should be closer to 289

Size is 25 acres

Fees was not disclose but should be below 100 cos only for security. Maintain is still by MPKj since individual title

Got, its at home. My wife does the filling. Look at it over the weekend.

Now very mah fan for me, cos my office blocked Lyn. Surfing from stupid redimi 1 HP is very tedious. Small screen size and Digi data plan is very slow for my office.

Some ppl, got so much money for Reno, why buy terrace houses.

Should buy bungalow or better still, build your own bungalow.

Yep, I agree its a free market.

But buying a house is not same as buying a laptop and Developers should have better market practice.

Offering buyers additional 0.5% rebate just cos they participated through some FB campaign and other buyers who were not aware of such a campaign not getting the same rebate is just ......undescribable.

For what TH did, breaking their promise that Fairfield would be the only terrace phase, pricing Parkfield with the rebates, I would definitely have second thoughts about buying another property from Tropicana.

I am sure many other buyers here also share my thoughts.
