I did a search on FB & Google for "tropicana goodview" and also went to the Tropicana website to locate the project.  Cannot find.

Comparing fairfield and parkfield, the price actually increase about 100k before rebate.

whereby parkfield have extra 5ft longer but not further expandable due to sartra title.

Lets say there no rebate at all for fairfield, and about 60~70k rebate for parkfield. With the balance 30k, i bet you can do your own 5ft expand.

not to mention parkfield have no gate. and surely fairfield have its own rebate.

Ppl who bought parkfield in the earlier stage with 830k and less rebate wanted to compare with later stage purchase with 890k with some extra rebate? Even if you have purchase a higher price unit in the earlier stage due to better position and did not enjoy the extra rebate, it is clearly you have agreed with the package even without the extra rebate.

This is a free market, and you can freely express your unhappy to what the market did. Just like if I bought a laptop at Lawyat today and found they are giving discount + free gift at tmr's computer fairs in malls. Or if Apple decided to reduce the price of next iPhone, it will sound unfair to current buyer. But this is how the market works, every buyer is investor, doesn't matter earlier or later, simply how much return you gain if you enter earlier compare to later.

Heard SA say the parkfield show unit can complete on August. Any1 heard about this?
