I think latest ecu verison only solved the hard to start car problem issue.  .  Erm , try to clear the error code see whether appear again anot.

Try this method , when u hear fuel pump finish pump the fuel , then u quickly crank and start the car , don't wait all the abs signal or other indicators at meter panel has gone then only start.  . and u try to observe when u stop and start back in a short distance and short period of time see whether can easily start anot.

Hence regret on soulless car 
As mentioned above. However nothing significant to require ron97.

first of all, sorry to say, although you have A Fuelly account, but your statement does not show much. e.g fuel u pump, the place to & from, what detour you use. that would be helpful for me especially to analyze. sorry to say what ur fuelly statement didn't help much for your tokok statement. as far as i can see,  more mileage + highway driving + less stops + average speed of 80 to 90km/h will give better FC.

p/s: reference e.g from mr davidke20's fuelly would be recommend.

appreciate IF you can detail up your fuelly, such as when you did update ECU, whgat fuel you pump, the route you take, destinations; that way we can monitor very close either that part or something else that can contribute for you so call better mileage with RON97.

Do at Plotong, key is 60 nia. Labor 70. (Other hidden cost... you'll slowly finds out, the last I heard ended up RM600)

Go road side lock smith ask the fella can duplicate transponder or not. Usually price below RM200 can get 1 full key duplicated.

An unrelated story before the key story:



So I went to Plotong & ask to make key. Very cheap they charge RM60 for the key, RM70 to grind the teeth to match my car locks. I went setat kar once done making the new key. Wuekeke.................................... silence................ Off key pull out, try again. Wuekek............................ silence..................... WADAFARK! SA said, ini tabuli setat injin, hanya boley pakei bukak tutup pintu jer.

So I got my quotation:

1) Transponder duplication RM180(chip 100, programming 80) x 2
2) Keycode regenerate RM230
3) Keycode programming RM80 (optional if got old key need to program with new keycode)
4) Alarm module RM300+
5) Door locks & ignition key module RM600+
6) New key RM60 x 2
7) Grind key RM70 x 2
8) Installation of Alarm module tak taw. Forgot to ask.

Meaning to said, the key I made earlier was useless also if I were to spend that 1k + to work on my alarm module In the end, settled my case by the roadside locksmith. Total investment RM500. New keycode, new transonder, 2 new key Got the risk of someday I press my alarm, someone's car BEEP BEEP Vice versa if you press your alarm my kar open, pls help shut it back ya

Remember to ask price ploperly, if make key does it include transponder? How much all together? Ask also if you lost your key and now wanted to make a new spare key, see whether the locksmith can change your immobilizer keycode, so as reprogram your stock key transponder. Rest assured, the someone who picked up your key unable to disarm your alarm nor start your key. I brought my car for service in Jun (at that time my car age is 14 months). The door locking system got problem and the Proton service center said it's still under warranty and therefore could claim. The door locking system was replaced in the following service, i.e. in Oct. When I bought the car, the salesman wrote: "Warranty: 100,000km" in my Proton service booklet. I'm confused...
