First recommendation especially from private hospital is "operation". When hospitalized for operation, they let you stay for observation but when you threatened to change hospital, the next day they have operation scheduled Just went to have a gynae check up after months of heavy bleeding and cramps.

Get another opinion, I heard maybe operation is not required ....
