Hi Guys,
Just went to have a gynae check up after months of heavy bleeding and cramps.
Then the gynae did a scan and urine test, she says i have fibroids build up in my uterus.
That what causing it to bleed heavily and abnormal pain/cramp.
This is also causing me not being able to conceive.
Now the doctor advise is to have a pap smear test and check the blood next monday.
Then finally is to remove the fibroids thru operation.
So sad after hearing this but glad i found out the reason.
Do any of u have this problem/experience.
Bcoz the gynae says its common among gals.
Please advise.
According to my wife's gynae here, fibroids are usually left alone unless its necessary to take it out (due to life threatening or preventing conception). Even if during a csec birth, its better to leave it alone if possible. Just went to have a gynae check up after months of heavy bleeding and cramps.

So yes, first option should not be operation. Do seek a second opinion.
