to all bro especially splitter,
heres d situation. m running a workout plan n now into d phase of someting like pyramid 12/10/6.
currently splitted into pecs triceps,shoulder biceps, abs lower bc, legs n back. means each part been hit 2times a week.
d prob is ,b4 this m running more towards hypertrophy, no problem to settle all in 45min. but now wit this 12/10/6, i need 1n half hour to settle all (3+2 excersize). wit extra time i cant cope wit it
shud i :
1. reduce number of excersize (2+2excersize)
2. maintain but add supplement bcaa (adding bcaa can reduce fatigue)
3. split more. 1part each day.
bro split, maintain/split more/reduce excersize? ?
