hi, in the camera settings, setting the Picture Quality to "High/Normal/Low" makes what differences?

anyone has this problem of the 3G signal keeps turning on and off (occasionally, not all the time) after upgrading to V36 Global?
eg, downloading photos from Whatsapp/using NAS apps, the "signal bar" will always reset itself from 0 to 100. Line is Maxis |
