My battery is drain so fast. Managed to use up to 12 hours and need to recharge again. Just use for whatsapp and a bit of surfing internet. Is it battery problem or system?

I want to root my 1s cause want to tweak the cpu, ram and battery. Currently using MIUI37.0 and the battery drain quite fast. Should I update to 45.0 then root? I am not yet proceed the update cause read 37.0 is the best ver of MIUI

Yeah just dont know which ver of MIUI want to root. As i know once you root, you can not have the OTA update anymore

MIUI if u have 2GB or more RAM. 1GB is bloody slow.

I am on the latest CM11 and loving it so far.

Just wondering if anyone can suggest a replacement for xExtStorage on CM11? Tried out Xposed modules such as XInternalSD and XCoolDroid so far, doesn't seem as seamless. FolderMount can mostly be used for large obb game files only.
