anyone facing sim2 not with no signal X sign when OTG usb thumbdrive was plugin ?

any1 facing the prob whr the phone keep notify u that no sim detected but stil working? also... is thr any power saving mode for 1s?

i saw some online site said to update the numbers to include country code. have you all tried it? the phone's not with me since it's with mom. i cant help her to update as she's not tech savvy

All SMS are not sent out. I myself didn't received few of her smses

MIUI if u have 2GB or more RAM. 1GB is bloody slow.

Not for me. I'm used to phones with 2GB or mote RAM. 1GB is a blasted OS is slow. All my 1S now using CM11. Smooth and stable.

all pros in tech, may i know redmi 1s able to root and become 1+1 rom and system?

to have customized exp like, off touch home key and on on screen home key; double tap to wake up the phone, etc.

My mum having SMS issue also. Receive no problem. But when want to send out the program cut out the fist 0 number and become 12xxxxxxx . This makes the SMS failed to sent.... Now temporary solution for her is create a new SMS , select name and send as new message when she want to reply that person.....

I gv up Xiaomi low end phone already... I think mi3 user don hv this problem. I already order honor 3c lite let her to test out

Hello to all Mi fans.
I'm selling off my a month old Redmi 1s that comes with standard accessories like USB cable and charger, will let go full set in box.
Phone's condition is perfect. It looks like new phone, you can't tell it's a used phone from the way it looks because I'm an over-protective person.
The reason that I'm selling it because I have got back my iPhone which was sent into service centre for warranty and claim. Basically, Redmi 1s is been using as a spare phone.

I am on the latest CM11 and loving it so far.

Just wondering if anyone can suggest a replacement for xExtStorage on CM11? Tried out Xposed modules such as XInternalSD and XCoolDroid so far, doesn't seem as seamless. FolderMount can mostly be used for large obb game files only.

Here's the Beta release schedule for our Redmi 1S. It seems like we will only get the official outdated 4.4 beta testing on February. And TD-SCDMA Redmi 1S already got it while Redmi Note Mediatek is next on the list already
