I don't understand how the private lift lobby works.
Private means each lift lobby is for each unit right, so theres 212 units total therefore 212 lift lobbies? rclxub.gif

Lol..no la...lift dedicated for one unit each floor. One floor maybe 3 units and one block 3 lift lo..or 3 lifts to service level 1 to 20 then another 3 lifts to serve 21 to 46 lo. Something like this. The floorplan ll make sure each unit is enclosed and has its own lift corridor/lobby.

1100 psf is cheap although big sizes. They should have doubled d number of units n price higher. 2400sqft units sure sell out asap.
