Type A: 3,790 sq ft (Dual-key - 3+1+1+1 rooms) Type B: 2,426 sq ft (3+1 rooms) Type C: 3,326 sq ft (Dual-key - 3+1 rooms) Type D: 7,477 sq ft (Duplex Dual-key - 3+1+1 rooms) Penthouse 1: 15,290 sq ft with Roof-Garden Penthouse 2: 12,916 sq ft with Roof-Garden Each unit comes with own private lift lobby consisting of two private passenger lifts and one private service lift. 1100 psf is cheap although big sizes. They should have doubled d number of units n price higher. 2400sqft units sure sell out asap.
