blackberry stuck, q10 with os10

hi guys
i tried to wipe my bb but it stuck with error bb10-0015 .. then I tried to reload with bb link and progressing very long with green light .. after an hour and show no progress, I unplugged the cable ... that my mistake .. now when i want to wipe again or reinstall os, it does not work .. I tried apploader but in connection dropdown list, i see nothing ... please help guys .. tq .. |

it is Q10.
By the way, issue resolved after I using apploader with different cable. Thanks. |
