I have a us account on xbox live and i cant use my public bank credit card to buy or my malaysia paypal coz billing adress is malaysia. It will get error. But if u go to amazon us then creat a account there, then put in your billing address in any usa address. Then u can use malaysia credit card to buy digital online code....
