China golden times are over. If you want to place a bet, India and Indonesia will be better prospect.

When we talk about prospect, we don't talk in term of days. We talk in term of years.

Ponzi is being bombarded and cannot retain its shine! Still good return but no longer impressive.

David kor, what makes u say that? Your view is China not doing good on coming years? Currently my biggest portion country itself is with China.  laugh.gif
*
yck1987 kor, those are not my views. I'm quoting analysts assessment.

What I meant is that China won't be enjoying tremendous growth as you witnessed last decade.

You'll still get decent return from China equity market but it won't as lucrative as last time.

Do take note that China GDP is expected to slow down between 6.5% to 7.5% next year.

do i get an additional RM 500 incentive from Gov if i buy this PRS via FSM?
Do i need to submit any sort of documents or it will be automatically credited?
*
Yes. It has nothing to do with the provider. RM 500 will be credited to your PPA account.

Go to PRS thread and PPA website to read and understand what PRS is first.

A common saying: buy low, sell high.

Question: Now that its dropped a lot, what would you do?

A. Panic, sell now
B. Wait, and panic if dropping further
C. Buying opportunity, buy now
D. Wait, and buy if stopped dropping
E. Continue regular/formula investments (DCA, VCA etc), no change
F. Wait and see what the Technicals say
G. Wait and see that the Fundamentals say
H. Sell your overseas funds

Me?  C, G and maybe H (yes, you can choose more than 1)
*
Why H since bolehland fund is crushed?

Ah, but no one knows for sure its going to be "crushed" or not, yet.

The question is, what do you think?
*
H is not an option for me since I believe FSM direction on Asia ex Japan.

FSM is DIY third party retailer.

PM is the mutual fund manager and has its own sales channel.

meaning public mutual i jus let them know what i want n they select the funds and they wil monitor it for me? fsm is more to i monitor and select my own funds? is that what u meant?
*
Yes. That's why you're paying a hefty SC to PM. 5.5% for equity fund offered by PM.

Then...the fund managers were stupid to select the wrong/overly ambitious benchmark laugh.gif

KAF Global Equities invests globally, with 1/3 in Developed Markets and 2/3 in Asia ex Japan.
When I use FSM Chart Centre to see that fund with MSCI World and MSCI Asia ex Japan, its performance more or less is between those two lines.

Aiyoyo...why u have not been following meh? Our unker David83 have been invested in it for loooooooong time. tongue.gif
