60fps for ATI Radeon HD 5670?

Hey, gamers
So, I was playing Splinter Cell Blacklist with Fraps on, and I notice the fps count was 77. Is it even possible or is it because of Fraps. And can a ATI RADEON HD 5670 run games with a 60 fps? I know that this card gets hot very fast Is there a way to lower the fps to like 30? Thank you |
