Hi guys, I need some help and guidance.

I was meant to apply touch up paint to some spots on my car just now, but I accidentally applied too much, hence I used a cloth to rub it away, THEN i begin to realize that the area that I just rubbed is fading and become blurry (like the pic below).

My car is just one year old, please help and tell me how I can restore it??

before you go into more 'heavy' repair as in sand down etc...i would suggest you get some IPA to do a quick wipe on the surface. I believe what spreaded around the touch up area is the lacquer from the touch up paint....

Will it ruin the paint further? Just afraid it will get worst.
