Does the baked stains gone....well i saw meguairs black wax product...will it work

Have you tried with the WD-40 or 30/70 alco/h20 solution already?

It should work, they're supposed to clean those under/beneath clear coat stains/grimes.

washing machine spinning is too strong and will tear your sponge in no time,.
*
Yeah, I'm kinda interested to know this too.
Currently I just let is soak over night but somehow this works for Polish but not for Wax.
For Wax, I have to squeeze the remainder out and do a quick rinse with washing detergent.

Using normal clothes washing detergent biggrin.gif

Any advice?

You're right, it is the caked wax.
Warm water! nice tip!
Definitely gonna give that a try.

Now, waxes and sealants (including glaze & AIO's) will be more stubborn. Best solution I found is to use Dawn Power Dissolver as posted by bro slk, using the same technique as above but with shorter dwelling time...like 15 mins or so. I've tried using All Purpose Cleaner, Degreaser, Dish Washing Liquid, baking soda, distilled vinegar, etc. but nothing was able to do an effective job as DPD. DPD is a bit expensive though, so, best alternative (but not as effective) is to do multiple soaking and cleaning with dish washing liquid.
*
Yup, done this (usually take me 2 - 3 times squeezing the wax out and rinsing them).
Probably will try the warm water trick + TOP.

Else if too much hassle, will get the DPD

If you have to squeeze the wax out you are using too much...

Small tip for using DPD for cleaning foam pads. Dilute it 1:1 (1 part DPD with 1 part distilled water) in a sprayer bottle. DPD is a little thick/concentrated and quite strong. It's quite effective even at that dilution.

Should we use gloves if we plan to use DPD?

hahaha ok thanks for your information will try google it  rolleyes.gif

Here's another tip you may find.
Always start on the lowest abrasive compounds if possible then slowly work your way up to more aggressive ones.

Some compounds will require several passes or application depending on the technique/equipment that you use!

not sure why but everytime i apply carpro reload the oil stain is very hard to buff away eventhough it is just 1 spray for whole bonnet, any advice?

i had to use carpro eraser to lighten it everytime.

I might drop in a tip for spray on waxes is to spray a little on the MFB Towel to have a more even application.
That would prevent you from over spray on the panel and have an easier wipe on (damp side) - wipe off (dry side) later on.

Shake well before applying of course biggrin.gif

Every week wash twice
Today...QD & rain-hop wax

MF from today's QD...one quadrant not used for comparison...daily drive park indoors...[attachmentid=6071618]

Why 1 year wax not really important in reality

Hi bro, its a vinyl wrap if I'm not mistaken.
Some would use plastic to cover it, but on most cars these are just sticker vinyls.
