yeah thats the benefits working at night but IF your body unable to take it i suggest you not to do it, our body regenerate during the night, and its hard to change. If do not feel well after few days, go to doctor and get advice, its serius case cause some ppl once sleep unable to wake up.

Night workers should take extra care of your health.

Last time i worked ROTATING shift for 1 year. Meaning 2 days morning, 2 days afternoon & 2 days night. This is even worse than permanent night shift !

There is a joke told by my colleague, the shift allowance you receive is all used up to maintain your health...lol

Correct !! I totally agree, you received more money but your health is dropping and directly affecting your life, if you got no choice, what to complain about, just make sure you know what are you doing, and need to be very sensitive about your body, dont cincai cincai, go get advice from doctor immediatly if you feel strange ie very tired but unable to sleep, etc.
