Just the layout is not standard. We care about the after-market keycaps for our mechanical keyboard because mkb can be used for very long time.
Ducky Zero is standard layout.

Simply compare the bottom row (spacebar row) and see the unit size of modifiers. Ducky has same size, but Tesoro not.
With just a single cons of Tesoro, Tesoro is ranked as no good.

To me backlight is like makeup, and keyboard like a lady -

Once you turn it on she's prettier than usual.

But after banging for quite some time, with or without makeup it's more or less the same. It doesn't add on any extra feel.

But some days you want to see your lady in makeup - when you buy new wardrobe for your lady (keycaps), when you whip out camera for a photoshoot. Though some days you want her au naturale.
