I probably end up buying the Blank white caps in the future since don't have good budget to add the caps for now. Anyway, just ordered my HHKB from Amazon just now after several misorder and cancellation due to payment method. Hopefully Tenso will get the order tomorrow and update me. Next stop, Dental bands and probably Krytox lube.

Holy crap, I keep having problem ordering the HHKB from Amazon JP with Tenso as the proxy. At first, I use my debit card since it said that Debit does work on Amazon JP. Then, there's an Amazon Prime problem said that my debit is invalid and I need to use other card. After somehow solving the Amazon Prime while using my debit, they said that my expiration date is incorrect when it is correct. After getting tired of the problem, I change to my CC and reorder it but they still said that my expiration date for the CC is incorrect. It also said that I need to choose between the Standard Shipping and Expendited Shipping but an error occured when I choose either one of them. Btw, just to double check, I have to put the shipping address the one that Tenso give me, and the billing address is my standard Malaysia address right?

Well, Tenso actually have the format to fill the Japanese address for Amazon, so I don't think the Shipping address is the problem here. Anyway, I tried reordering for the forth time at the moment and no error occured currently, so I hope that it will finally ship my order.

First impression: the left shift key thock is really mesmerising

Which are you referring to? If it's the white keycap, it's stock white Realforce cap. If it's the skull one, it's ClickClack novelty cap which I advise you to avoid it.

I think he just refer to the colour combination, not the exact Topre keycap. I'm pretty sure there's a lot of MX keycaps with that colour scheme, but I'm not fond of MX so can't help you there.

Modded my HHKB to 55g today , took about 2 hours or so. Gotta be the best decision I've ever made. Too bad my Realforce value will drop by a lot though. Excuse the phone quality

Probably the only hard part is to detach the cable from HHKB because it is so damn tight and I'm really scared that I might break the cable. Transferring the dome is pretty easy if you put all the dome and springs in the sliders instead of the PCB. I do have a problem with my Realforce case though. I don't know why but it can't be closed tightly at the moment.

Traded my Drunken Skull Clack with Brobot Noxious set from bro Belfong, really nice fella. Again, excuse my phone quality and dusts from keyboard.







Now, I just have to wait for my dental bands and lube to arrive to complete modding the HHKB!

Nah, I don't mind the 1:1 trade. I actually prefer the brobots over clacks so I'd say it's worth it.

Dental modded both my 45+55g mix Realforce 87U and 55g HHKB just now. Incoming some unflattering picture:







Gotta say, while I do like the raindrop sound, the shorter key distance travelled make me think whether I should unmod the dental band back. I still need to try some lubes first before completing my HHKB.

Nothing wrong with it, it's just after using my HHKB with ABS spacebar for ~3 weeks already have shine abit, I can't imagine having a whole keycap as ABS. Anyway, I'm still ordering it as it is a pretty rare set and I really like the colour scheme.

Yeah, I guess it's too late for me as it's already shine abit. Anyway, I guess I have a new thing to do on my HHKB:

Not my picture btw, and yes it's MX stem from Novatouch. I retraded the Brobots with a pink blank topre and planning to find a lime green blank as end game. Though it might only be a pipe dream as the lime green blank is pretty rare and nobody want to let them go.
