Ever heard of Blood DK = solo king? With 800k hp, he got pretty decent gear, so I guess it is possible. Btw I don't play max level content so I never had 800k hp.

Actually the point that shoking me is the description he write in the post .he say that you need 1million hp above to survive from the fury of the Frostmourne ,but he is only with 800k hp in the screenshot ! But he did it ,just curios how he make it
