Bu - 2,223sf Starting from RM971,800 Total 61 units, 40 % bumi quota,left with bumi quota only Hope to gather owners to communicate and discuss about Irama 2 as a whole, and voice out suggestions to the developer as a group which from what the SA told me, will receive better reaction from the developer. what is the occupancy rate for the recently completed units (BK8 I presume)??....saw in propwall, some new completed unit are being auctioned at 850k...don't know how true it is...could sub-sale more than 1 million difficult for link houses in BK8??
