Starting from RM971,800
Total 61 units, 40 % bumi quota,left with bumi quota only

Hope to gather owners to communicate and discuss about Irama 2 as a whole, and voice out suggestions to the developer as a group which from what the SA told me, will receive better reaction from the developer.

If yes that is a thread on Irama, different with Irama 2. I didn't find the other thread on Irama 2, and I wanted this to be a thread for owners and investor to gather and discuss on improvement that can be done..

what is the occupancy rate for the recently completed units (BK8 I presume)??....saw in propwall, some new completed unit are being auctioned at 850k...don't know how true it is...could sub-sale more than 1 million difficult for link houses in BK8??

the photo was taken yesterday. Only one intermediate but facing junction available from RM970k. The others either odd intermediate with land or corner. Definitely RM1 mil above..

The odd intermediate very susah for potential buyers to select, harder than a corner with an odd land. Expected some units to be remains until VP.

The odd unit is so not practical..in terms of space or feng sui...

All are for bumi quota only.

Irama 1 long time vp not sure any subsale transaction price
