If Blizz never posted it...it is sad, or I missed it. Had to rely on a community site to post summary changes, while they can't even post a summary of what they changed.

For the TL,ZZZZ read, here is my summary.

OVERALL, if you have LOH/Life Regen items... do a quick check. It will be precious items in 2.1 , if Blizz RETRO reroll 3x all of them.


1) life on hit and life regeneration will be buffed and re-rolled on all your existing items
example: RORG ring can roughly 7500 life on hit in 2.1 ( or around TRIPLE existing ).

2) Quetzalcoatl , WD's infamous Jade shotgun...does NOT roll Attack speed and Mana regen anymore.
IF you have an existing helm with Attack Speed. You are FAGGGING lucky. Never brim it.

3) The Grim Reaper - NO CDR stats anymore. Never got that stats...if you did... ROLL it NOW.
That would increase your CDR up 20%+ with socket diamond.

4) RETRO Moonlight ward AMulet - Arcane damage now rolls 30-40% (up from 20-25%). Existing MLWs will be re-rolled retroactively. Meaning...if you had a good 25%...you might get rerolled to 30% crap. Pray you get a good reroll.
Rejoice for those that had a lousy 20%.

5) Vyr's Astonishing Aura CHEST - Removed CD (1-2%). So if you had 2%...I hate you.

6) Vigilante Belt - LOH and LRegen is out. I am not sure if the existing will be rerolled, if yes. You are going GODLY land soon...with 3x increase of Life Regen and LOH in 2.1

7) Slave Bond/Lacuni Bracers now roll for 5 stats.

8) Blackthorne's Jousting Mail - LOH is gone. IF you have an existing. It might reroll 3x. Again, a GODLY pair if you didn't brim your existing. IF the LOH did not change....BRIM it.

9) The Crudest Boots - Summon 2 Mystic Ally. Finally, someone read my post in Blizz?... I want this SH!T now along with my Inna.

10) Manajuma's Carving Knife / Barber - CD is no longer rolled. IF you have it... you are getting the 30% greatness over some other sloppy stats. Keep the old.

11) Rimeheart - Has been redesigned: 10% chance to instantly deal 10,000% weapon damage as Cold to Frozen enemies. I think it is RETROACTIVE

12) Bastion's Revered - Barbarian 2h - This unknown 2H is now able to increase Frenzy stack to 10.
In short, if you are using Maniac, you get
15% attack speed X 10 stack= 150% for 4 seconds
2.5% damage increase x10 stack= 25% increase.

13) Bovine Bardiche - 100% summon COWs...enjoice.

14) Fate of the Fell - SHIT weapon got BETTTTERRRRRRR, creates another extra "Fire of Heaven" proc.

15) RETROACTIVE Incense Torch of the Grand Temple - Has been redesigned: Reduces the Spirit cost of Wave of Light by 60%-80%. Now rolls +25-30% Wave of Light damage as a fifth primary affix

16) RETROACTIVE The Furnace -Has been redesigned: Increases damage against elites by 40-50%.

17) Warmonger - no longer rolls % dmg and Attack speed. LOL. Still have one. KEeping for Rimal socket.

18) Natalya's Slayer - no longer rolls % dmg. KEEP your existing.


SET items: ( all RETROACTIVE i assume )
Marauder - now sentry will spam hatred spender more faster according to your attack speed instead of 1x.

Firebird - 3000% dmg, stackable

Monkey King's Garb - 1600% to 3500% dmg from decoy.

Natalya's Vengeance - Rain of Vengenace is gone, now cooldown is 2seconds per enemies killed.

Shenlong's Spirit - With blessing from King of Fighters the dmg of fireball is now bigger and increase 300% to 1200%, tat is 4 times MORE. Shen Long is now ALL Fire.

The Shadow's Mantle- All shadow power rune


Left for correction if any....

I highly doubt the Natalya's set bonus applies to all skills, it's still Rain of Vengeance.

if applied, then vengeance skill will be OP ?

That, and every other cooldown skills we have. Imagine perma-smokescreen and perma-FoK.

So yes, I'm pretty sure it's only for RoV.

I dapat Moonlight ward AMulet but I dont remember the rolls I dapat >.<

By the time I reach home, sudah maintenance....mehhhh

my amulet still remain 24% as before after patch 2.1, is this normal?

You're not the only one. I think they will patch it later, since they also has Firebird's Finery bonus temporarily disabled.

it comes with 5 primary stats + 1 secondary

My old MLW is still the same +23% arcane damage. What gives?

r u sure RoRG and SOJ come with 5 primary stat in 2.1?

I can confirm that RORG still come with 4 primary in 2.1. Don't know about SOJ as haven't loot any new one in 2.1.

now searching for Leoric Crown...

of all the time...been salvaging this helm the most of all the helms i find prior patch 2.1

how much cooldown reductions if insert into the new leoric crown ?

currently im sitting at 58-59% and add additional 15% (not add arithmetically) from Legendary Gem. Should i'm able to get Leoric Crown which gives 100% to gem effect, then i expect total cooldown reduction between 60-70%, which gonna save my teammates' ass alot.
