Then I thought to myself a few things. Things aren't working cos of:
1. Players are not adapting to the new 3-5-2 versatile playing method.
2. Players just suck. Not knowing what they are doing, comm breakdown, just being blur etc
3. Tactical problem
4. Manager problem.

See, we had Moyes, and now LVG. Pretty much the same players, and we still suck. Tactics wise, LVGs favourite 3-5-2 brought their team to semis in WC. So.... it's really left with 1 and 2. And I think it's a bit of both. Players not wanting to change, and wanting to stick with their favourite spot.

I do agree that the LVG mentality takes time to kick in. Seriously. I think LVG is a HUGE upgrade to Moyes. If we fire him and don't give him a chance then that's just blind sight. We even gave Moyes a whole season to do tweaks. (nearly a whole season)
