At least, the squad handsome-ness level up a bit.

Two weeks break, and I hope everyone would be available for selection during that time. If all of them available, and still play like that... ph34r.gif

Shaw ~ 30 mil

Herrera ~ 30 mil

Rojo ~ 16 mil

Di Maria ~ 60 mil

Blind ~ 14 mil

Total ~ 150 mil ->>> Not that far off from the supposed 150-200 mil "warchest" bandied around the tabloids for months before.

Hopefully another 40-50 mil for a "transfer deadline day" signing? brows.gif

RvP supposedly will have knee surgery and will be out for around 4 months. Blessing in disguise?

At least, we could see more of Rooney and Welbeck combination upfront which did well during pre-season. When Welbeck got injured, the system wasn't as fluid. With Hernandez rumoured departure, we could see more of Janujaz/Wilson upfront. Especially Janujaz, not as RWB. Sigh.

O JOGO: United expected to be in Lisbon to watch Carvalho in Lisbon derby between Sporting and Benfica.

A good game to see again, if he has the ability to play for United.

I am beginning to think that most of them flourished because of Klopp factor. Sahin and Kagawa for example. Gotze, still too early to tell. Same with Lewa.

I think bit by bit, the deadwoods would be sold eventually. The process is already starting. Just have to wait and see. I don't think one transfer window is enough to do all that, especially when LvG has been with the team only for few weeks. At the very least, he has done more than what DM did for the same amount of time. Time will tell.

"Watch this space"

I didnt know he meant outer space! United galacticos from the sound of things. Lol!

Didnt think for once United would sign players of Di Maria and Falcao's calibre. In one window. Just madness!

Such reinforcements are needed hoping the team woulf do well and be successful. Give time for the younger players to mature with the team and as a player. Players with high confidence level would do well for the team. Can see even players like Torres when confidence level drop so low, cant even score like he used to. (Pity he chose Anfield but I really like him. Or used to tongue.gif )

Well at least, from gamers' perspective, playing FIFA/PES/WE/FM2015 would be a blast playing as United. Not to mention the supposedly limitless "warchest" funds. (I hate that word - it's football, not genocide). United becoming less and less "vege" tongue.gif

Mercenary or not, Falcao! Man, even during SAF years, it would be a miracle for him to sign a star player. Let alone potentially at least two superstars in one summer window.

Ok, remember guys. Swansea, Sunderland, Burnley results. Let's mourn for the previous results, for the next two weeks after the deadline is over, and head over to the cave. happy.gif

If Shawcross is really coming back, is United becoming like Barca? Releasing young potentials to play elsewhere, then get them back when they are more matured? Another one of SAF's tricks in the playbook? tongue.gif
